How to Order
Our products are available for shipment and delivery anywhere in the world via Fed Ex or USPS.
- Orders received after 2 PM, Mountain Time, are shipped the following day.
- Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed and shipped on the following Monday.
International shipping is automatically calculated at the time of placing order.
Placing an order with Matrix Nutrients is easy.
As you browse through our website, select products you wish to order:
Click the product’s “Add to Cart” button. Clicking the button places the product in your shopping cart for purchase.
There are multiple view options for each product. You can scan the full product catalog and select products. Products can be filtered by Category or Use through the links on the sidebars. Each product also has a detailed information page you can access by clicking on the image or product title in the shop catalog.
You can add any number of products to your shopping cart in this manner. You also have the option of changing product quantities or removing items from your cart.
You can “View Cart” or use the “Products” link in the navigation menu to access the full shop catalog and continue shopping.
View all the products you have in your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the “Cart” button. You will find this link in the top row of the website.
When you have finished shopping, please click on “Proceed to Checkout” through the Cart page. If you have an account, you can sign in, or you can create an account for future purposes.
Continue following the prompts and entering all billing and shipping information. PAYMENTS ON YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT WILL SHOW UP AS: THE NATURE DOCTOR LLC.
When you you choose to pay by credit card, you will be taken to the secure payment gateway. Please print out a copy of the receipt generated. You will also receive confirmation of your order by e-mail.
